Standard Adult Necklace Lengths in inches
You can measure yourself using a string and ruler or a flexible measuring tape.
Choose the size based on how you like to wear your bracelet. If you like them loose, or more snug, or if you stack bracelets you will want it to fit looser/bigger so you can wear multiple ones together.
